USES / CLAUDE
Claude in the team:
beyond the individual account.
One colleague gets an excellent result. The others cannot reproduce it. The problem may come from the context and the way of working, not from the model.

Make an example easy to pass on
Choose a task that keeps coming back: comparing supplier proposals, preparing a summary or reviewing a document. Keep an authorized example, the instruction used and the criteria that make the output useful. This small set is often worth more than a collection of prompts disconnected from your work.
Fictional example: compare three offers on scope, exclusions and deadlines. Ask for one line per criterion, a reference to the document concerned and a “not stated” field when the information is missing. The model does not decide on its own which supplier to engage.
Do not confuse sharing with permission
A document that is available somewhere is not necessarily shareable with the whole team or with an external service. Determine which sources can be used, who has access to them and the conditions for withdrawing them. Avoid building shared use on one person’s personal account.
The Claude Enterprise administrator guide covers, among other things, member management, roles and governance. The controls to use must be checked against the plan and workspace actually subscribed to; this article does not assume that all accounts have the same features.
Support the first group
- Test the case on authorized data, with the people who know the exceptions.
- Compare the outputs obtained by several users.
- Identify the omissions that change a decision, not just the differences in style.
- Write a short procedure: context to provide, expected output, review and destination of the result.
- Name the person who maintains the examples as the business changes.
Observe real use
Counting logins does not tell you whether the work is improving. Ask instead: was the summary used? How many corrections were needed? Could the next person pick up the case? A neglected task may reveal a poor choice of case or a missing integration step.
