EMBEDDED AI ENGINEERING / FORWARD DEPLOYED AI ENGINEERING

A place in your team.
A link between AI and the field.

Observing the work, understanding the software in use and building with the people concerned. Embedded AI engineering, or Forward Deployed AI Engineering, links the business need to a delivery in your environment. Saphan offers this closeness as a service; a part-time hire can also be discussed.

FROM THE FIELD TO DELIVERY

Clear responsibility.
A useful first delivery.

Connect two tools, evolve an existing agent or prepare a new application. For a service engagement, the first mandate sets the usable data, the access, the people who approve and the acceptance criteria.

Observe

Follow the work as it is actually done, including exceptions and the handoffs between tools.

Build

Deliver a first function that works end to end, within the agreed technical and organizational framework.

Test

Test the normal cases, incomplete inputs, errors and the human takeover.

Hand over

Document the access, the configuration, the tests and who is responsible after delivery.

SERVICE / ANNUAL SUPPORT

Engineering capacity over twelve months.

One possible formula: 20–30%, or about 8–12 hours per week, to connect the tools, evolve AI uses and hand the work over to the team. The pace and the capacity actually reserved are defined together.

Annual budget on quote. The framework sets out the priorities, the deliverables, the follow-up points, the separate costs and the terms for review or exit. Twelve months is a collaboration option, not a commitment imposed at the start.

The agreed follow-up is not permanent on-call duty.

EMPLOYMENT / PART-TIME HIRING

A lasting place in your team.

Are you looking for someone to take charge of a scope, work with the business and technical sides and deliver with your team? A 20–30% role can also be discussed, with no prior purchase of a Saphan service.

Responsibilities, availability, pay, workplace and employment terms are discussed directly with the company. The prices of Saphan services are not a salary scale.

The goal: not to create an opaque dependency

The work must be something the organization can understand, test and take over, within the agreed scope. Ownership of the deliverables, the accounts used, operations and the end of the mandate are specified before building.
