INFORMATION / PRIVACY

What you enter.
Where it goes.

The contact form sends your request to Saphan. The demonstrators marked as local run in your browser. The site does not send the content of the form to an artificial intelligence model.

Your contact request

The form collects the name of your company, its size, your need, the expected result, your tools, your timeframe, your name, the way you would like to receive a reply (email, phone or WhatsApp) and the matching contact detail: your email address or your number. You may also state your role, volumes, categories of data, hosting preferences, constraints and a budget. This information is used to study your request, reply to you through the channel you chose and prepare a possible proposal. If you choose WhatsApp, our reply goes through that service, which applies its own data-processing rules.

Submission goes through a reception point on the site, hosted by Hostinger, then through the email service to the Saphan contact mailbox. An acknowledgement message with a reference means that the sending service has accepted the message; it does not prove its final delivery to the inbox. A reference shown with an uncertain-status warning only identifies the attempt that should not be repeated immediately. This form does not accept attachments. Do not enter any password, access key or confidential third-party data.

To limit repeated submissions and avoid duplicates, the reception point temporarily keeps pseudonymous fingerprints calculated with a private salt, together with timestamps, a technical status and a reference. The raw IP address, the email address and the content of the form are not recorded in this anti-abuse state. The technical windows last ten or fifteen minutes; expired entries are removed on a later authorized attempt, and the salt is renewed when the state becomes empty again.

The form does not create an account, does not sign you up to a newsletter and does not store the content of your request in a database of the site. The information received is held in the mailbox used to handle your request and the exchanges that follow from it. The hosting and email providers may keep their technical logs and backups according to how they operate. No uniform automatic deletion period is announced here.

Your machine request

This form collects your need, the programs you use, your preference between keeping your machine and building a new one, the number of people, your name, the way you want a reply and the matching contact detail. You may state the model you would like, your current machine and a budget. The request is sent by email to the Saphan team so that they can study it and reply to you. No content of the request is kept on the site and no attachment is accepted. Nothing is sent to an artificial intelligence model or to a third-party form service.

As with the contact form, the site keeps, for its protection against abuse, only salted pseudonymous fingerprints, timestamps, a reference and a sending status. The technical windows last ten or fifteen minutes; expired entries are removed on a later authorized attempt, and the salt is renewed when the state becomes empty again. The information received stays in the mailbox used to reply to you; the hosting and email providers may keep their technical logs and backups.

Your agent request

This form collects the first task you would like to hand over to your agent, your preference between the kit and the guided setup, your name and your email address. The other questions are optional: for whom, how you do it, the frequency, the useful result, your tools and languages, your hardware and subscriptions, what must stay with you, what the agent may do on its own and your budget. Before anything is sent, the page shows you the complete message. By email, the request goes through the reception point of the site and then through the email service, so that it can be studied and answered. If you choose WhatsApp, the message opens in your own WhatsApp application and does not go through the site; WhatsApp’s terms then apply. No content of the request is kept on the site; no attachment is accepted and nothing is sent to an artificial intelligence model or to a third-party form service.

The protection against abuse keeps only salted pseudonymous fingerprints, timestamps, a reference and a sending status. The technical windows last ten or fifteen minutes; expired entries are removed on a later authorized attempt, and the salt is renewed when the state becomes empty again. The information received stays in the mailbox used to reply to you. The hosting and email providers may keep their technical logs and backups. The reference confirms that the sending service has taken charge of the message, not its final delivery.

The demonstration tools

The fields of the local demonstrators are not sent by these tools to Saphan or to an AI model. The files that these tools offer to export are created in your browser. You decide whether to keep or share them. Your browser may offer its own restore or sync functions; the site does not add any persistent saving of the fields.

Your reading preference

On the guides, the FAQ and the glossary, the “Clear reading” switch remembers your choice in your browser (local storage of the site). Nothing is sent to Saphan; the choice disappears if you clear the site’s data in your browser. Without this storage, the pages are displayed in graphite.

Downloads

The sample files of the document prototype are prepared with fictional data. Downloading them does not send any of your own documents. Links to external resources open sites that have their own data-processing rules.

Resources and hosting

Saphan pages use resources local to the site: no remote font, embedded video or advertising script. Hostinger may process technical connection data to provide and secure the service. The absence of advertising trackers does not mean the absence of technical hosting logs.

A question about your data

To request access to, correction of or deletion of your exchanges, use the contact form, stating “request concerning my data” and, if you have it, the reference of your previous submission. Any retention obligations will be examined according to the request. The identity of the publisher appears in the legal notice.
