LA MÉTHODE / WORK TAKING SHAPE

We start from a use.
We build a trial.
We look at what it changes.

A first piece complete enough to be used, discussed and improved. The steps are adapted to the situation, not the other way round.

Understand

See the work
as it is really done.

The tools that are open, the files that pass through, the exceptions and the people who take turns. An example is often worth more than a long presentation.

What you get

A situation described together, an expected result and the known limits. The need may be solved with a tool that is already available.

Scope

Choose a trial
that fits within a frame.

Define what we touch, the usable data, the duration, the budget and what will be delivered. Also choose how to stop or take over by hand.

What you get

An accepted scope, not an obligation to buy what follows. Hardware and external service costs are kept separate where they exist.

Build and verify

Make it work.
Try the exceptions.

Build the first path, then face it with less clean inputs. A plausible answer, a faulty export or a wait that is too long are all part of what needs to be seen.

What you get

A demonstration on the agreed scope, the cases that pass, the ones that get stuck and the work remaining. A small trial does not mean the system is ready for real use.

Hand over

Hand over.
Decide what comes next.

Handover, configuration, documentation and onboarding according to the agreed work. Define who maintains what after the trial.

What you get

Continue, adjust or stop, with the reasons. Maintenance, enhancements and availability are not presumed to be included.

You keep your tools
when they do the job.

A local AI, an external service, a simple rule or a connector can each solve different pieces. The choice comes from the use and its constraints.

How we choose the adaptation

The first conversation
is not an exam.

A vague idea is a valid starting point. You do not need to guess the right technical terms or prepare an AI strategy.
